KERSEY, ELK CO, Pa (WJAC) — Chicken Hill Distillery in Kersey, Elk County, is stepping in to make hand sanitizer. The owners got a letter from the federal government asking them if they had the ability to switch over temporarily. The owners say they did so because that's the big need right now, but the business needs containers to bottle the sanitizer.
