Alice Cooper loses cosmetics deal after calling transgenderism 'a fad'

WASHINGTON (TND) — A self-described LGBT+-owned cosmetics brand has ended a partnership with rock performer Alice Cooper after he criticized gender transition procedures for minors. Man acquitted of rape and other charges

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa — A Cambria County man was acquitted of all charges in a Jackson Township rape case. David Dernar, was accused of forcible rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and sexual assault, according to online court documents. The District Attorney’s office confirmed Dernar was found not guilty on all charges on Tuesday. Bicyclist killed after being struck by pickup truck in Indiana County

Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Indiana County say a bicyclist was killed early Wednesday morning after being struck by a pickup truck along Old Route 119 in White Township. County coroner Jerry Overman identified the victim as Noah Chappell, of Indiana. Officials say Chappell was reportedly traveling southbound, near 550 Old Route 119, when he was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup truck. PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Four former students at the nation's oldest reform school have filed a federal class-action lawsuit alleging that they were abused and denied an education. The Juvenile Law Center says the suit against Glen Mills Schools in suburban Philadelphia was filed Wednesday. An investigation by The Philadelphia Inquirer this year detailed decades of alleged abuse and cover-ups at the 193-year-old campus.
