Elk County, PA (WJAC) — The annual Chainsaw Carvers Rendezvous kicked off Wednesday in Ridgway. The event runs through Sunday afternoon. PHILADELPHIA (WCAU) — A shocking discovery was made in Philadelphia after police found the body of a 12-year-old boy placed in a trash can.
